Good to Know
For discerning families, one of the standout features of a Four Seasons property is undoubtedly the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) club. At the Four Seasons Costa Rica, children are not just entertained; they are immersed in the vibrant culture of Costa Rica. The club boasts both indoor and outdoor areas, including a playground and a shallow pool, all situated near the stunning La Playa beach.
Supervised activities include: hermit crab hunts, treasure collecting on the beach, and sand castle building. KFAS is available for children ages 4-12, from 8am to 5:30pm, Menzies kids approved!
Ellie’s family visited during a quieter week, allowing her boys to discover the Tuanis Teen Centre. This exciting space features a basketball court and an outdoor turf field, providing endless opportunities for fun. While video games weren’t on the vacation menu, the trio found plenty of adventure, completing their pool, beach, and ziplining activities by 10 AM. After such an action-packed morning, a well-deserved respite from the heat was essential. More importantly, a kid-free cocktail hour was much appreciated.
How to Get to Four Seasons Costa Rica
There are two airports in Costa Rica. The airport closest to Four Seasons Papagayo is Liberia – airport code LIR. The hotel is only a short 40 minutes from Liberia Airport.
